Four duplex Condominiums on the banks of the little Sacramento River - eight total units available. Our Condos are ideal for retreats, group gatherings, bird watching, or simply rest and relaxation.

   We provide clean and attractive bedrooms such as the one shown here. Living room couches make up into a full size bed so that each condominium sleeps four persons comfortably.

   Living rooms have a dining area and fireplace. The firewood is furnished.

  Each kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, all tableware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. In addition, there is a gas-fired BBQ grill on the deck. Our guests need only bring their own food and drink. We provide everything else.

   The decks offer a view of the river and the surrounding forest. Each deck has a barbecue grill, and they are a great place for bird-watching.

About Timberon

   We are a small community located in the Sacramento mountains of Southern New Mexico. Some folks say we’re "off the beaten path." There are no gambling casinos here, nor are there race tracks, traffic lights, police sirens or ski lifts.
   Within the community, and available to our guests, there is a beautiful golf course; and there are tennis courts, a swimming pool, riding stables and trout fishing lakes. Hiking in our very scenic area is enjoyed by many.
   Your visit here will be a pleasant experience.

   Our Retreat Meeting Facility is a "Yurt." This is a private meeting room located on the condominium premises. It is a quiet area within natural surroundings, free of distractions. It is available to any organized group "on retreat" who are condo guests. The yurt is equipped with VCR and audio tape deck. The seating is comfortable and the furnishings are attractive and practical. A fireplace is available when needed. Maximum occupancy is 30 people.

Reservations for one night during 3-day
holiday weekends may not be accepted.

Due to the superior accommodations and
already nominal prices we do not offer discounts.
