QUESTION   Hi! I am considering a move to Timberon. I have been looking at the real estate for sale in the area and have a couple of questions concerning the covenants. I show, as a hobby, AKC Great Danes and currently own 4. I do raise a litter approx. every 2-4 years. My dogs are quiet and well trained(show dogs). My question is...which Units of Timberon may this be acceptable use of. I will be obviously residing on the property as well (hope to find home with at least 1/2 acre).  I would erect a fence (would prefer a 6 ft. privacy (wood) if allowed.... I was allowed to operate it out of my home (I had a large added on room that was converted into my shop. Would this be possible in Timberon? Understand I DO NOT board dogs...nor do I want to. My customers are scheduled one dog at a time( I work alone), and I stagger the appts.  usually one every 2-3 hrs. So there is never more than one customer's dog in my shop at any time. Also...if my business would be allowed...again...in which area (units) should I be looking? And...since you are there and I am not.. LOL...can you please tell me if you think there may be a need for my business there?
