1. Homeowner's Responsibility Form 2. Application
that is applicable to your building needs and Guide
for that permit. You should verify with one of
the above offices that these are all the forms you

Hi! I am
considering a move to Timberon. I have been looking
at the real estate for sale in the area and have a
couple of questions concerning the covenants. I
show, as a hobby, AKC Great Danes and currently own
4. I do raise a litter approx. every 2-4 years. My
dogs are quiet and well trained(show dogs). My
question is...which Units of Timberon may this be
acceptable use of. I will be obviously residing on
the property as well (hope to find home with at
least 1/2 acre). I would erect a fence (would
prefer a 6 ft. privacy (wood) if allowed.... See my

dog groomer by profession and used to live in
Ruidoso and owned and operated a very profitable
grooming business there. I was allowed to operate it
out of my home (I had a large added on room that was
converted into my shop. Would this be possible in
Timberon? Understand I DO NOT board dogs...nor do I
want to. My customers are scheduled one dog at a
time( I work alone), and I stagger the appts.

than one customer's dog in my shop at any time.

which area (units) should I be looking? And...since
