The construction has not been completed in the main house. Designed for 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, the majority of the remaining work is on the interior.  Everything is weathered in with a metal roof, stained T1-11 upper walls in house, double-pane windows and sliding doors, solar tube lights and chimneys.  All roofs are guttered.  The lower section of the house and other buildings are prepped for stucco/rock.  All exterior walls are framed with 2×8 lumber and interior walls with 2×6 lumber.
